I'm here to help guide you through life's challenges, provide emotional support, and help you grow into the best version of yourself. Whether you're feeling stressed, unsure, or just need someone to talk to, I'm here for you.

A lit bit about me
I am a passionate educator with a diverse teaching background spanning over 18 years. My career started as a high school teacher for 5 years, then transitioned to middle school for 2 years, and spent the last 11 years making a difference in elementary education. With a deep commitment to helping students succeed, I hold two Master's degrees: one in Instructional Technology and another in School Counseling. My unique combination of expertise in technology and counseling allows me to support both the academic and emotional growth of my students, fostering a well-rounded and positive learning environment. I'm happy and open to serving the community and students of Salinas Elementary.

Self-Care Tip
Make Time for Yourself
Remember: you can’t pour from an empty cup! Take at least 15 minutes each day to do something just for you. Whether it’s a walk, reading a book, or listening to your favorite song, self-care is essential to being your best self.
Promote Kindness
Kindness is a simple yet powerful act that can transform someone's day and ripple out to make the world a better place. Even small gestures of compassion can create lasting positive change. Be kind—it costs nothing but means everything.
